For a NIFT aspirant a good level of sketching, visualizing and observation skills are required. To avoid redrawing during the exam, improvise your sketching, design creations and color application skills. Practice previous question papers to improve your speed and time management. The GAT paper covers the academic subjects. For this refer individual subject books. Reading fashion magazine and updating yourself on the latest styles and trends in the fashion market can help you think out of the box and provide original answers for the CAT paper.
