Romanian shoemaker is promoting social distancing by creating 2 and 1/2 feet long shoes. Grigore Lup is a cobbler from the city of Cluj. He saw that people are failing to follow the social distancing guidelines amid the COVID-19 pandemic. So he started to design shoes that that long enough so that two people facing one another would be forced to keep a distance of about 5 feet. The shoes are of European size 75 and are available online for roughly $115 per pair. It will take around two days and 10 sq ft of leather to make the shoes.
